Ordered some mono and a hat on the 22nd October. Got the mono but no hat. 3 phone calls 1 email. Terrible service

I've had a few bits and pieces through Bob-Co. All came through within a few days.

I suppose the real test of a company though, is how helpful they are when something goes wrong?

I ordered one of those underwater wolf cameras--came with all the kit as well, very cheap as well---fecker didn't work.
got in touch---send it back will exchange
couldn't get a return label, so had to print it off their site
rang them to let them know it was posted, got told they were saving one for me
nothing happened
rang up, wheres my camera, a week later
we giving you a refund
you saved me one
no we didn't, we don't do exchanges
ok I'll buy another
we got none left they've all gone
when you getting some more in
we not,they were a batch of refurbished ones we got cheap
didn't say that in the feckin advert did it

So few days after this thread I had a phone call said they wouldn’t be getting any stock in and would I like a refund or something else. I chose another item of the same value but guess what nothing’s turned up! What a p**s take!

Did eventually get a hat. Double the cost of original order. There on as we say. THE c**t LIST now
