To that one soul reading this
I know your tired fed up and close to braking
But theres strength within you even when you feel week
You've come too far to give up now
Stay strong and keep fighting

Re: Liverpool Champions.....
Kin ell chaps take a chill pill.
It sticks in my throat but, leaving the bitterness behind, they've been the best team in England this season, and by some margin.
I'm a United fan that doesnt live anywhere near Manchester and I don't need anybody else's approval to support my team. I couldn't give a flying f**k about the 'local' accusation, it's utter horseh1t! As I've said many times before my local team is Newmarket Town and most 'scouse' fans will have lesser teams closer to them than Anfield. And there will be a small number of local players in any Prem team also. Most of the Liverpool players will come from a lot further away. It doesn't wash anymore.
That said, as I said, you can only hold your hands up and admit they've been better than United this season. Our time will come again.

I don't care who your dad is , you're not walking across the river when I'm fishing!

Your team have had some marvellous players , Ray Kennedy, Beardsley, Grobbelaar ( what a keeper he was ) ,Collymore ( what a talent but ....) Best , Greaves , Marsh , Worthington, Pat Jennings , Brady , Rocastle etc etc .Dusty22 wrote: ↑Mon Jun 29 2020 23:04 -Don,t think so pal, been going Anfield since 1977, I also happen to live on Merseyside. I went to Anfield years and years ago to watch WBA . We were opposite the Kop end and it surprised me how ‘bowed’ the pitch was .
Klopp has been a revelation to LFC however it’s not football anymore, it’s about the agent and the filthy rich owners . Your boys deserved the title but the sad thing will be how much money will City get thrown at them to buy it back again ?
Football as we know it died when Ken Bates sold Chelsea to Roman Shagsomeoldbitch , It then became fantasy football.
I’ve been watching The Big Match Revisited and the football , players , management were all working class , like you , like me , enjoyed a pint , shared a laugh but played for the badge . Look at Ozil £350k at The Arsenal
I’ll say congratulations but money will take your crown , sadly .
