My young lady will drink Jammy red roo, I use it in the gravy if lamb or beef, but the odd time I had drank it I've always refilled, Sundays are not Sundays vwithout a decent roast, nip in the air and a black n white movie and Kenneth More in it.

For lamb I use sweet cider, reduced in the pan with the juices its simply divine.
