New smoker/bbq

1st go with new smoker, have used it for bbq so will go down well with cricket on
Lamb shoulder
Meat loaf
Ham
Chicken
Sausage

Fire box handy to roast veg
Going to put some onion ring wrapped in streaky bacon later for nibbles

Meatloaf has come out well
Mince herbs rolled with bacon cheese , I added chopped chilli for bit more bite

Loved the smoked chicken used to get in (northern) France

Was originally going to get tepro biloxi which is pretty much identical but they put price up the day i went to buy it.
Smoked chicken is great, looking forward to left overs todays
