Hello

Post by Bugner »

Hi, been a lurker for a while. About time I said Hi. Have done a little bit of lure fishing in the past with jigs, but want to make a concerted effort with lure fishing this year on local rivers and canals and also introduce my boy (age 12) to predator fishing. He started on a small pole, then learned how to use a float rod, follwed by method feeder fishing with a quiver tip. Now want him to try some jig and lure fishing. Think we will be both learning at the same time. So expect some daft questions from me on the forum in the near future

Welcome aboard. :handshake:

(Don't worry about 'daft' questions - this forum thrives on them! ).

Sounds like you've done an excellent job progressing your lad through the basics. It should all stand him in good stead for you future angling adventures together.

Good luck to you both.

Being daft isnt a quality you will find missing here.

Warning; only let your son on here when he has the vote
