I
Have had my eye on that one for a while, how would you describe the book. Is it chaptered by river or perhaps by the capture of individual fish etc???
What rivers does it cover, I am particularly interested in the river Wear.

It is a fantastic book and it covers tackle methods rivers but not the Wear but it covers the Tyne and Tweed for north east pike anglers but I thoroughly recommend it you can get it on Amazon for £20 for the paperback edition

I’m surprised the Wear isn’t in the book, it throws up some decent fish from time to time.
I will probably buy it at some point, I have been attempting to curb book buying habit but it’s easier said than done, perhaps I shouldn’t have joined the collectible fishing book Facebook page, I accidentally bought willow pitch chasing chevin yesterday!

I caught a little female pike on the river Ouse in York a couple of weeks ago and she was very feisty and she bit my finger and plopped herself back in the river cos she didn’t want to be photographed
