Battered old spinner.

Post by John Milford » Sun Aug 11 2019 22:49

The one with triple tail fins (near the top of the group). One to watch, even though it's a bit bent. Only been on for a few hours and already two bidders going head-to-head. It won't end at £34 where it is now! :pipe:

(1889 Horwood's Patent minnow).

The lot sold for just under £130, which was less than I was expecting. I reckon they got a bargain as there were a few other baits that could be sold on to offset the cost - but it was all really about this one. I managed to resist temptation and did not bid as I've got an expensive month coming up.

I was watching the last few seconds of the auction John and you were correct, as usual  .
